This policy describes the cookies and similar browser storage used by splitwinner.com — our marketing website and developer portal.
It does not cover the SplitWinner mobile app, which uses on-device OS storage (keychain, app local storage) rather than browser cookies. See the app's Cookie & Storage Policy.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store. Cookies let a site remember you between visits, keep you signed in, and measure aggregate usage. Modern browsers also expose localStorage and sessionStorage — similar to cookies but stored differently. Where this policy says "cookie," it applies to all of these.

Analytics
Aggregate visit and performance measurement. We do not use this for advertising or cross-site tracking.

What we do not use
- No advertising cookies, no retargeting, no ad pixels.
- No cross-site tracking. No Facebook Pixel, no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no HubSpot, no LinkedIn Insight tag.
- No fingerprinting to identify you across browsers or devices.
- No selling or sharing of personal information for behavioral advertising.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of the developer portal and reset your theme preference. The marketing site will continue to work but will no longer remember those preferences.
To remove the newsletter signup, click Unsubscribe in any newsletter email (Listmonk's one-click unsubscribe).
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking, behavioral advertising, or the sale or sharing of personal information, your experience is the same regardless of any Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Where applicable state privacy law requires us to honor such signals as an opt-out, we do so — though we do not sell or share personal information in the first place.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add or remove integrations or change how we use browser storage. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top.
