This disclaimer applies to claims and statistics shown on splitwinner.com — our marketing website and developer portal. It is published for transparency; nothing on this site is advice.

1. Informational only

Claims and statistics on this website are presented for transparency, not as advice. Nothing on this site is financial advice, investment advice, betting advice, gambling advice, or legal advice. We do not provide personalized recommendations.

SplitWinner is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial-services provider under any applicable law. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept or place wagers of any kind.

2. Numbers shown on this site

This site fetches live data from our API for certain pages, with build-time caching and revalidation. Numbers shown reflect the state of the API at the last revalidation, not real-time. Specifically:

  • The Verification page sources audit-ledger summaries from /v1/audit/*. Hourly revalidation.
  • The Engineering page sources CI snapshot data committed to the repository on each push to main. Updated per build.
  • Homepage and other product hub statistics interpolate from /v1/quant and similar public endpoints. Hourly revalidation.

A number on this site is therefore accurate as of the last revalidation, not necessarily right now. Treat real-time decisions accordingly.

3. Past performance, future results

Past model performance is not indicative of future results. Historical win rate, ROI, coverage, calibration, and similar metrics describe what happened — they do not predict what will. Even a well-calibrated model loses individual events.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. No prediction, regardless of confidence level, should be treated as a certainty.

4. The audit-trail — what it proves

SplitWinner maintains a public, append-only audit-trail of predictions at github.com/SplitWinner/audit_trail, anchored daily to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps. The ledger proves:

  • A prediction existed at a given point in time, before the event resolved
  • The prediction has not been edited or deleted since

The ledger does not prove:

  • That the prediction was correct
  • That future predictions will be correct
  • That aggregate accuracy in one period will hold in another

The ledger is the verification channel — the proof that we did what we said we did when we said we did it. It is not a guarantee of skill.

5. Engineering claims

The Engineering page shows the live CI signal for our codebase — test results, coverage, lint, typecheck, and audit status — sourced from a JSON artifact regenerated on each push to main. It is a build-time snapshot, not a real-time SLA. It says nothing about prediction accuracy.

6. CFTC Rule 4.41 — hypothetical performance

Where this site shows hypothetical or simulated performance, the following disclosure applies:

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

SplitWinner, SplitWinner, and SplitWinner GPT are trademarks of SplitWinner LLC. Other names mentioned on the site may be trademarks of their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement.

Statistics and claims on this site may incorporate publicly available third-party data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and are not responsible for changes the original source makes after we ingest it.

9. Forward-looking statements

Pages describing planned features, future releases, or roadmap items are aspirational and subject to change without notice. Continued availability of any feature shown on this site is not guaranteed.

10. Geographic availability

The SplitWinner app is operated from and intended for users in the United States. Availability depends on app-store region and applicable laws. Some US states regulate sports-wagering analytics and prediction-market trading; some prohibit it. You are responsible for understanding the laws of your jurisdiction.

The SplitWinner API serves customers under direct contract; geographic eligibility is set in each customer's MSA.
